• Provide clear and accurate info of the location;

• Receive & return the equipment at the location's entrance,
  not inside the filming set;

• Make sure everything is packed and ready upon our arrival.
  If, upon our arrival, no designated person is present to receive the equipment or the equipment isn’t ready to be picked up, we will charge an additional fee of 15€ for each additional 30 minute period of waiting;

• During pickup, the equipment should be accompanied by a designated responsible person so that our team can verify it and immediately check for any faults or issues that can be detected at the moment.

• During rush-hour (7:30 - 10 AM & 5 - 8 PM): 2,50€/km*

• Off-peak hours: 2€/km*

• Night (8 PM - 7:30 AM) & Weekends: 4€/km
